What health conditions do I need to meet?

B-Fit Bungee is a low impact, high-cardio exercise that utilizes the resistance of the bungee cord.
Participants must be in good health. If you are pregnant or gave birth recently (natural birth in the last 6 months or cesarean section in the last 12 months) should not participate in the workout.
Please consult the B-Fit team prior to signing-up if you have heart conditions, scoliosis, back injuries, knee injuries, or had recent surgeries.

Is there an age requirement?

  • General: 18 â€“ 60 years old

  • Over 60 years old, please contact us to discuss

  • Participants under 18 years old are required to be accompanied by an adult

  • Exceptions can be made after consultation with us

Do you offer parking?

Yes! We have 12 parking spaces behind the building. They are labeled for B-Fit. PLEASE do not park in non- labeled spots or Taco Bell as you will be at risk of getting your vehicle towed.

I am new to B-Fit Bungee Classes. Which class should I take?

You are required to take the Intro to Bungee Class at least once. Please make sure to come early to class, so that we can get you fitted for the equipment.

When should I arrive for class?

You should arrive at least 10 minutes before class. If you are more than 3 minutes late, you will not be able to participate in the class. For your safety, you must do a proper warm-up to participate in our classes.

What should I expect from my first class?

We will begin with a warm-up, followed by putting on the bungee gear. During the first portion of class, you’ll learn and practice bungee safety and basic bungee movements. After that we will rev it up a notch then a cool down to bring your heart rate down.
The harness takes some people a little to get used to. If you want to take more intro classes and still get a quality workout, you are free to! We encourage you to keep trying; the more you practice, the more you’ll enjoy B-Fit Bungee Classes!

What should I wear to a Bungee Workout class?

Jewelry:You should remove all jewelry, especially belly ring before class. Necklaces, bracelets and larger earrings can get caught by the bungee gear.

Clothing:
Wear comfortable and fitted clothing. Leggings, running tights, tank tops and t-shirts are great options. Avoid baggy clothing, as it may get caught by the bungee gear. Also, wear a top that covers your midriff, and seamless and soft underwear (no laces) to prevent chafing.

Shoes:
Wear clean, athletic shoes with non-marking soles. It is important to wear snug shoes that give you a good grip to participate in bungee class safely.

What should I bring to class?

Bring a water bottle and towel with you. We have a bottle filling station in the studio (no water fountain). If you forget your towel or water bottle we do have a limited supply to purchase.

What amenities do you have at your studio?

We have cubicles for you to store your belongings, a water bottle filling station and a single restroom.

I’m on the wait-list. When do I get in?

If you sign up for the wait-list, you may be automatically enrolled in the class should an opening become available. You will be notified of your enrollment by email or text, depending on your notification preferences and must confirm with in 15 minutes.
If you sign up for the wait-list and later decide you no longer wish to attend the class, you must remove yourself from the wait-list or cancel the class at least 6 hours before the class start time. If you do not remove yourself and become enrolled in the class, you will be subject to B-Fit Fitness’s cancellation policy.

This is a common question.  The harness and bungee systems are very expensive. In addition, the bungees themselves require maintenance and / or replacement to ensure consumer safety.  Bungee classes around the country average $35 per class; we are charging just enough to cover expenses and provide this amazing training because we believe in it wholeheartedly!

What is your cancellation / no show policy?

You can cancel your class for free up to 6 hours before the class start time. We have a strict late cancellation policy. If you reserve a class with a pass and cancel your class reservation within 6 hours of the class start time, your pass will be deducted. If you reserve a class with an unlimited pass or membership plan, and cancel your class reservation within 6 hours of the class start time, you will be charged $15.
I have a pass that I no longer use, can I get a refund?
Our passes are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-transferable.
If you reserve a space in a class with a pass and do not attend that class, your pass will be deducted. If you reserve a space in a class with an unlimited pass or membership plan and do not attend that class, $15 will be charged to your credit card on file.
