B-Fit Fitness, LLC offers a weekly schedule of classes for every fitness fan. Whether you want to dial up the intensity or take a more relaxed approach, work your whole body, cardio, or core, we’ve got a class with a spot just for you. Join us for learning the bungee basics. Bungee Fitness techniques are low impact & will assist you in regaining your strong body and self confidence. Once you take this beginner class, one can transition into more advanced stages. Treat yourself today — you deserve it!

Original Bungee
Well Balanced Workout
Work your way to a healthy body & mind. These beginner techniques are core-focused and cardio-intensive. We combine basic bungee techniques with stimulating music mixes for a complete & unique fitness experience from which one can gain confidence and begin a routine.

Bungee Cardio Fit
Find Your Wind
Different from our Original Bungee Workout class, Bungee Cardio Fit focuses on essential bungee skills while maintaining a raised heart-rate for a maximum calorie-burn. Bungee Cardio Fit’s emphasis on high-reps and consistent movement makes for a great cardio-endurance builder.

Because we live in the Beautiful State of Oregon, we will be closed on weekends. There will be Monthly Challenges for Weekend Adventures. B-Fit truly wants you to go outdoors for weekend exercise. Refresh your body, mind and spirit with expeditions of the Pacific NW.
